Just Golf (herby known a the "promoter" of travel products)

and

Toneri P/L (herby known as the "Travel Agent")

The Supplier (herby known as "The Supplier")

The supplier of the travel product is the resort, accommodation, golf course etc whose services "the client" purchases.

1. Promotion of products

1.1. All products on the promoters website have been provided by the Travel agent on behalf of the suppliers
1.2. The supplier has provided information for each package. Neither the promoter nor the agent makes any representation as to their currency or accuracy. Nor does it make any representation as to the nature or quality of the goods or services provided by the suppliers, or as to their suitability for the purposes of the clients
1.3. Any client proposing to use or rely on any of the products or services on the website should first satisfy themselves of the currency and accuracy of those products or services and any other information displayed with or in relation to them on this web site.
1.4. The promoter and travel agent make no representation in regards to the descriptive terms and images used to promote the suppliers products or services on this website

2. International Travel

2.1. The client should familiarise themselves with any health, passport or visa requirements that may be applicable to the particular areas that he or she intends visiting
2.2. The client should check with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for travel advice and warnings about the area that they intend to travel to.

3. Bookings

3.1. All bookings are made subject to availability with the supplier or carrier.
3.2. All bookings made by the client are subject to these terms and conditions.
3.3. Bookings made for the client are subject to the specific terms & conditions of each supplier

4. Prices

4.1. Prices are correct at time of publication.
4.2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.3. Prices are subject to currency fluctuations
4.4. Prices are subject to change until full payment has been made
4.5. Some prices maybe subject to a booking fee
4.6. All prices are in Australian Dollars (except where stated) and include GST

5. Payments

5.1. All payments received by the client are placed into a trust account on behalf of the client.
5.2. Payments made by credit card may be subject to a credit card levy
5.3. All payments are subject to cancellation conditions. These vary from supplier to supplier. For more details contact us.
5.4 Where cancellation conditions do not exist with the supplier the folowing cancellation conditions will apply.

6. Insurance

6.1. The Travel Agent strongly recommend the client takes out travel insurance to cover against unforeseen loses & damages as a result of any booking. We recommend Sure Save Insurance
6.2. The travel agent makes this offer to the client with every booking. Should the client chose not to take out travel insurance they will be required to sign a deceleration stating that they have been offered & they have chosen to refuse travel insurance.

7. Liability

7.1. The promoter and travel agent disclaims liability and responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the client as a result of their use of the services provided by the supplier
7.2. The promoter and travel agent disclaims liability and responsibility for any circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to war or civil unrest, acts of god, terrorist attacks and strike action
