We use Australia Post for
shipping within Australia. The cost of postage is calculated at the
checkout based on the item size and weight and your postal address. You
can see the postage amount calculated BEFORE you finalize your
purchase. Just put the item(s) in your basket and proceed to the check
out. Some items such as Golf Bags and Buggies are calculated on Cubic
Weight rather than actual weight. This is because of the size of the
items. This is a requirement of Australia Post.
You
have the option of using Regular Post or Express Post and we include a
small handling fee. Registration and insurance is included for orders
valued at $150 or over. Delivery times vary depending on your location,
however an indication of delivery time will be shown at the time the
postage is calculated. Items will only be left at the delivery address
if someone is present to sign for them, they can NOT be left
unattended. If nobody is present to sign for the goods, a calling card
will be left and you will need to go to the local Post Office to
collect the goods. If you have not received your order in the specified
time, please contact your local Post Office first and see if they have
any goods waiting for collection BEFORE you contact us.
Most
orders will be shipped within 1 working day of payment being received.

designed to ensure 100% satisfaction. You are entitled to a full refund
including freight costs if
- The goods you receive are not exactly what you
ordered
- The
goods you receive are not in good condition
- The goods you recieve are faulty in anyway

are entitled to a full refund excluding freight costs if
- You are not happy with the goods you purchased for
any reason.

Do you ship
orders internationally?
Yes we do, but you must pay by
direct deposit. If you wish to pay be credit card we will take the
following precautions due to the high level of credit card fraud
experienced.

will only ship to select
countries.
- We
will not deliver to any
other address other than the person placing the order
- We
only ship to physcial
addresses where we can verify the occupant is the same as the person
whose name appears on the credit card
